I didn't receive my courier nor any call from your delivery person. And they said that receiver refused to delivery. So much disgusting. Worst experience ever.

I received msg that my courier is out for delivery but he didn't call me when he is at the door. Now the status is showing that the parcel is undelivered coz customer was not there. Now i want to know when i will receive my parcel.
