I had ordered a home wera product online, and it has been almost more than a month now. I placed the order twice, but both times there has been no proper response from your side or from Ecart. The service has been very disappointing and really poor.

Very bad experience..the item marked out of delivery ...but they didn't contact me..not delivered the product..i call them several time but they loosers didint attend the call also......
