The parcel was booked on 1.9.23 at 10.00AM Pilibhit branch but inspite of early delivery charges parcel has not been delivered till now. It should reach Delhi on 1.9.23 and next day or on 2.9.23 it should be delivered till evening, but slackness of booking co.is noticed he detained the parcel with himself full day on 1.9.23. He has charged Rs.350/- for weight 500gms. The customer faced the same resulting delay in delivery. I raise a ticket in this regard and the complaint may be resolved timely.
