I had ordered lucky green plant but I recieved a dry stem and my parcel was also opened e kart is frowd company 2 times I had received wrong delivery from them

No one called me , if any issue , our flat at main outer ring road in south delhi location, CALL & DELIVER MY ITEM IMMEDIATELY , 9818500463 , why Rs 5 required for updation of address charges required by customer care
