My parcel is consistently being delayed for delivery. I'm not even able to call the ekart customer care. Please try to fix this problem. It's been over two weeks now.

Ekart service is the worst. Contact number is not reachable. All the contact numbers uploaded on the website are closed. It is of no use. Order gets delayed all the time. Office staff is not working properly. Sometimes they even send damaged pieces. Parcels just lie in the warehouse.
