One of the worst pathetic service ,lackdagical not interested to deliver product or even revert back from company...due to this delivery I had to cancel my travel plans which was scheduled today...There is no revert from Ekart or Flipkart..I have just been waiting and waiting ...Ekart hub is in Dadar like 2 km from my home..If product is received on 12/10/23 October why is not delivered..Person I called switch off his phone and egnore...Great if you'll are understaff or etc keep customer posted ,so in near future we make choice and decission for our business courier except Flipkart will be very careful...+91 96578 82288 this number was switch off by 7 pm .. Delivery status say 11 pm...Fake promises...I will cancel my order and post my experience with this company on all Social media Platforms...
