I have ordered Phone from Amazon and and the Delhivery person is not delivering my parcel ..he is asking some extra money ..when I raise concern he said if u pay extra money then only I'll come to deliver the parcel otherwise I will not ... What kind of behaviour is this this is rediculous.. kindly Pay attention to this problem

IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR FROM EKART AUTHORITITES, FOR DELIVERY. MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN REACHED THODUPUZHA ON 12TH AUGUST 5.51 AM. AND JUST 23 KMS AWAY FROM MY HOME. LATER CAME TO KNOW THE PRODUCT, NOTHING PHONE (3a) REACHED MUVATTUPUZHA HUB, JUST 7 KMS AWAY FROM MY HOME. INSPITE OF THE DELIVERY DATE ON SUNDAY ( 10th August) it has been delayed to 13th Ausust and today I got a message at 1.45 pm from ekart that the delivery will be on tomorrow. As my phone damaged and not functioning I am desperately in need of the new mobile. My valuble 3 days have gone and another one more day also. Its horrible..

THE PARCEL NOT DELIVERED. LAST TIME ALSO IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED BACK. i AGAIN ORDERED IT AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO DELIVER.
