I have a package that needs to be delivered, but i gave US Contact number without seeing it. But in the mailig address i gave the india number. it shows the package will be delivered in few days but on the delivery day it shows the package is unavailable due to unavailability of code. I'm not sure what excatly that means and also i want to try to contact them using india phone number. but they will accept only calls with the contact number. So there is no way i can reach out to helpline.It's so frustating. It's better to restrict the contact information should be india number or they should support the calls even from the another phone number.
