Order shows it will be delivered on 28th aug 2023 still order has not been delivered. Order has reached Pallikaranai on 27th aug 2023. Not sure why is it not delivered and reason for delay has not been mentioned. Very bad experience as I wanted to gift my wife but they didn’t deliver
