Wrong otp entered by the delivery person in his mobile number even we informed correct otp, refused to deliver with correct mobile number holder and with correct person with sufficient additional evidences like pan aadhar card. They keep our parcel himself on 14, 15 and 16.08.2025. We called him but no response.

Pathetic... Waiting for consignment since 15 days. No news. Link showed delivery by 09 aug then 14 aug. No news. No reply to mail. Phone does not work.

The delivery was not even attempted and it shows that it was attempted. I didn't got any call from the delivery guy. I was at home all the time. It did not reattempt the delivery as well. And i still haven't received my parcel yet.
