From past two days the delivery agent didn't try reach me and its showing that the agent try to reach me and I rescheduled the delivery even though I didn't do that. So, yesterday I visited ekart logistics to slove my query and the response it too poor they didn't responsed me well even they try to ignore me and at the end a agent try to slove my query after searching parcel for 20 mins they got it and said that they will deliver the order tomorrow I.e, today (06-11-2024) I said that I will take order now it self they said that OTP will not generate so please co-operate we will deliver it by tomorrow itself by door step even after all this shit they didn't delivered the today and I'm trying to call them they aren't picking up my call .... I hope my order will be delivered soon ....
