Your service is not working. I have been waiting for my order since 3 days but it has not been delivered till now. Call the delivery boy but the call is not picking up. The delivery boy called me, did you give me your parcel? Mother gave it to me in my waiting room, I said that it was okay, Shamko, I called you, then when I reached the village,When I called after reaching Gangaon, they said that they will deliver it to the village. I have not received the parcel yet and the call is not going through on the number with which I had talked.Your service is very bad, you have disappointed me a lot, I will report as much as I can, I am very upset.

I was told by the store that to deliver a shipment it to the godown will be Rs. 280 and home delivery would be Rs. 340. The store shipping the products paid Rs. 340 but still the Angamali staff insisted that we had to pick it up. I tried to reason with the Angamali "manager" but he was rude and shouting at me. You have no shame in taking extra money for home delivery and not keeping your side of the bargain. We went through hell with your company 2 months ago when we transported a refrigerator and washing machine AFTER paying for them to be delivered to THE HOUSE, when your staff asked us to pick them up ourselves - a heavy fridge and washer! Then, after a lot of discussion, they grudgingly delivered to the front yard and we had to get other help to move them upstairs. What a bloody joke! Infuriating. . After a lot of arguments, they brought these items to the street in front of the house and then they had the bloody audacity to expect _ME_, the customer, to upload them from their truck! How does that work? Whose job is the heavy lifting? The customer's? NO WAY! What did we pay for? Do not insult customer for your own shortcomings! What makes it worse is that there are no clear instructions for the average customer on how to choose home or godown options delivery. I am very angry about this. We were planning on shipping a large amount of furniture and heavy items using VRL but now will go to a competitor. To hell with VRL. I have used moving companies in the U.S. and Canada but none as incompetent and pathetic as you. Another street class Indian business that cares little about service. You should shut down this two-bit operation. Sooner or later, karma, if you believe in it, will surely pay you back, make no mistake. Treat your customers like crap and they will strike back. This company is a horror show. We customers will get screwed over only once. JUST ONCE! WE ARE NOT STUPID.
