I had order a hoodie from meesho and the courier company for that was xpressbess. As per the meesho app it says that product is already delivered but i didn't receive the order yet . Infact I didn't even get the OTP and still it says delivery. Please help me with this

Very bad service, very lazy , last 20 days ho gaya hai abhitak muje Nehi. Mila Mera parcel scooty Transport Kiya tha but Aaj 20 days ho gaya hai, support team bhi thik se phone receive Nehi karte hai
