I have one consignment AWB no.C48585758 Dt 23/12/2025 booked from Chennai. To Bhubaneswar 751028 .Supposed to deliver by 20/12/25. .So far I have not received.I have given ten mails to DTDC customer care and spoken to customer care executive, but no one is giving me the details of parcel where about.My supplier also given complaint to DTDC Chennai office but no where we are getting any help.Hope DTDC should see this and take prompt response.

The delivery of my package is took a very long time to delivered at my place and as of now it is also taking to much time to pickup the return package

I placed an order on Flipkart, but the product was never delivered. The delivery person called me and asked for the OTP, assuring that he would hand over the product shortly. After sharing the OTP on the call, the item was not delivered. I tried contacting the delivery person but found no way to reach him.
