Order ID 608907 Highly disappointed with your services. My package has reached amritsar since 24th August and the delivery agent hasn't even called once for the delivery and updates the status as phone not reachable or customer not at home. Similar incident happened today, he just rang the phone for a fraction of a second and cut the call. On repeated calling him 5 times he kept cutting the call. Then I called from another number and on picking up that call, he misbehaved and asked us to pick up my parcel by myself from bus stand and again cut the call. This shitty behaviour from your delivery agent is highly unacceptable and I want a full refund as well as compensation for the same ASAP!!!!
