I placed an order on Flipkart, but the product was never delivered. The delivery person called me and asked for the OTP, assuring that he would hand over the product shortly. After sharing the OTP on the call, the item was not delivered. I tried contacting the delivery person but found no way to reach him.

India posts should keep tracking data for at least 180 days. i was searching for my receiving consignment of dated 28th oct 2025 (abruptly 60- 65 days) after searching the reply was "not found". Actually, this was our society's this consignment was of the pan card of our society. first delivery after newly making of pan card was on in Jun 2025 but it was delivered to next building and misplaced by receiver. this time our pan card service provider informed me that record shows pan card was delivered on 28th oct 2025. both time we are not receiving our consignments.
