Dear Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delivery of my order on 30th September. The delivery boy contacted me and stated that my order had arrived. He asked me to come to his exact location and collect the order. I informed him clearly that the order had been placed at my brother’s shop and requested that he deliver it there. He agreed to this. The delivery boy then asked me to provide the delivery OTP, which I shared in good faith for the purpose of confirming the delivery. However, despite the OTP being provided, the order was not delivered to the specified location. After this, I tried contacting the delivery boy several times to clarify the situation, but he did not answer my calls or provide any explanation. This is extremely concerning because the OTP was taken even though the order was not actually delivered. I request you to investigate this matter immediately, verify the delivery records and OTP status, and take appropriate action regarding the delivery executive. I also request confirmation of the current status of my order and either proper delivery of the order or a full refund, as applicable. Please treat this as a serious complaint and provide me with a written response regarding the action taken. Worst experience. Ordered dress for my birthday and total disappointment. Order delayed by more than a week. Yet no contact details to reach out my package. Never ordering again.
