Item is not delivered on expected date and I got a call from ekart and they mentioned that we tried to reach you but you were not reachable. They asked me to share OTP to update the same status but still item is not received. I have checked in tracker and it is already showing as delivered. I need a call back from customer care to resolve this issue.

Very bad service didn't deliver orders on time
