Very disappointing experience with Ekart. My parcel was never delivered to me. I had already asked for the order to be cancelled, but despite that, the delivery person marked the parcel as “Delivered” without actually delivering it. This is completely unacceptable. Please look into this issue and take appropriate action against such false delivery updates.
