DTDC had open my parcel and again pack after that they deliver it, worst service ever, and when we call to customer care some fake people answer the phone and ask for money.

I had ordered a home wera product online, and it has been almost more than a month now. I placed the order twice, but both times there has been no proper response from your side or from Ecart. The service has been very disappointing and really poor.

It’s almost evening I have not received my order and called customer care he is asking to talk only in Hindi which I don’t know. Worst service.Nobody at customer care knows the process
