Yesterday my order came but I didn't lift my call because of I am admit in hospital.Today I didn't receive my order.Any shiprocket phone number not there for contacting.if the number is there that is wrong number

i order 5 times from ekart but i didnt receive my order first of all it takes too much time like 10-20 days and then even when it reaches my city it does not went out for delivery it gets returned after 5-6 days even i dont know the location of the hub and even do t have number of ur hubs this is extremely u satisfied thing u dont even give the location pf hub so i can collect by my own as ur delivery boys mus be v busy enjoying and not working and delivering the parcels
