I ordered a product from Flipkart and expected date of delivery on 8/5/26. The product reached in the hub on 7/5/26.Till now no one contacted me from the ekart hub. I complained twice to flipkart customer executive.but no change. I tracked my product with the order id OD337447370085134100 i ekart traking site, it shows that there is no order in this id Poor and pathetic service from Ekart and flipkart.please don't cheat the loyal customers

Know that I am writing this mail with great frustration regarding my shipment with tracking number TEEP0000416209. The product was supposed to be delivered on May 2nd, but I still haven’t received it. It has already been 3 days since the package reached my city, and the status continues to show “Out for Delivery.” I have also been receiving OTPs and the delivery agent’s contact number, but unfortunately the calls are not going through. This has been a very disappointing experience with Ekart Tiruvannamalai. Please look into this issue immediately and resolve it at the earliest. I need my product delivered as soon as possible.

Horrible experience. They do not answer calls in the first place. The address given in the app doesn’t show where exactly the consignment is. They did not even attempt delivering but have marked that I wasn’t available when delivery was attempted. I have answered the call from the delivery guy immediately told him where the address was, waited by my house, but he did not arrive. And a few minutes later, I was notified that delivery couldn’t be done because apparently I wasn’t available. What the hell is that?!

I have called 10 to 12 times continuously for the last three hours. the service of ecard is poor. it does not connect. it just keeps saying busy.
