Delivery person didn’t called and they update that we tried to called you and not reachable and message in application shows consignee should collect the shipment from our office

I can't receive my parcel Your hub received the parcel 22 June but you can't deliver the parcel till today 29th June. Why you delay.And you have no contact number to contact with you. We are fully disappointed your service.
