Still not receive my parcel, why your holding my parcel, many times I try to contact Kottayam, delhivery services, but they are not contacting me. Atleast one phone call, why your keeping this fake business. No responsibility, world's poorest service is from yours. More peoples complaining but no use... Good luck...

The product was supposed to be delivered on November 2nd, but it is November 6th now and the delivery has not been done.

They lie and say the parcel has arrived, but when they call, they say they will call you when they arrive. But when they call back, they don't answer.

They said the parcel had arrived and called me, asked where it was, and said they would call me when they got there, but then they didn't get any information and didn't call me.

sending last week 1st of nov till date things are not delivered info updated wrong address without calling to the customer where they stay in very known society.
