Not picking up my product very late response

I am writing to report a significant issue with the delivery of my recent mobile order from Flipkart. The item was marked "Out for Delivery" yesterday. I was in direct contact with the delivery agent, who assured me the package would be delivered by the evening. However, he did not answer my calls later in the day. When I visited the Ekart Logistics office in the evening, I was informed that the delivery had been rescheduled for the next day (today). This morning, I received a message stating I was "not reachable." I repeatedly tried calling the number provided in the message, but the calls would not connect. I visited the Ekart Logistics office again this evening. This time, I was told that my order had been cancelled and that I would not receive it. I saw the staff member cancel the order in front of me. Furthermore, the behaviour of the office manager was highly unprofessional and rude. When I stated that I would file a complaint about his conduct, he dismissively told me to "go ahead." I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience. I request that you urgently look into this matter .

It's true that during festive season they increase the prices three fold which is not advisable.

Contact numbers of delivery agents required because without attempting for delivery, our orders are getting resheduled for delivery and delivery agents are not giving our products at all.
