Its been more than 10 days, one parcel from delhi is not delivered and it is shown delivered on their site, no contact number is provided to whom we can contact about our parcel.

The delivery agent did not attempt to deliver the parcel. He kept marking the delivery as buyer not available repeatedly. It’s been 4 days now.

Actually delivery boy delived only two product and when I check my mantra id ...third product also shown delivered .... I have call him so many times He picked up and disconnect my phone call ....he told madam I have delived your itam in evining time but again they didn't not coming

Delhivery was unreliable and badly organised in my experience. Poor communication and inaccurate delivery updates turned a simple parcel delivery into unnecessary work and repeated disturbance. I would not recommend this company or choose it again.
