Extremely poor service. My courier has been marked Out for Delivery for 4 consecutive days, yet it has still not been delivered. On each occasion, the delivery was apparently not completed, and the status was updated claiming that I was unavailable. This is completely unacceptable. I was available and there was no genuine attempt to deliver the package. Instead of making a proper delivery attempt, falsely marking the customer as unavailable is highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Four days of “Out for Delivery” without delivery is an unacceptable level of service. Delhivery needs to seriously improve its delivery operations and hold delivery personnel accountable for inaccurate delivery updates. Very poor experience. 1/5.
