I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your delivery service. I had a very bad experience due to an unacceptable delay in delivery. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of reliability and professionalism. Due to this experience, I will not be using your service again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve your service

parcel ko bheje hue 15 din ho chuke h but abhi tak deliver ni hua parcel , customer support bhi bekaar har baar same answer mil raha h customer support se .

They didn't give me my parcel but marked it as delivered it was a prepaid order they didn't ask me about the otp also
