Always prepaid order delay , once they call, if you not pick at that time or if you on another call they never try to call again , further their call number never pick , and when we try with own number followed by PIN number never connect

I would like to bring to your attention that the Ekart delivery boy who came for my delivery behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. During the open-box delivery, he forced me to provide the OTP and accept the parcel without allowing me to check the product as per the open-box policy. When I refused to share the OTP before inspection, he took the parcel back without completing the delivery. His behavior was very bad and completely unacceptable. Also he reschedule and delivery from last 2 days not even try to delivered the product. Kindly look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action. I request that my parcel be re-delivered at the earliest and strict action be taken against the delivery person for such behavior.
