I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding my recent order (ekar logistics Order No: FMPP3353021331) which was placed on Flipkart and delivered through Ekart. This order was placed with an exchange offer. At the time of placing the order, the exchange value shown was ₹2475 However, during delivery, the delivery partner informed me that the exchange value was only ₹1200 and asked me to pay ₹1250 extra in cash to complete the order. Later, after the order was updated in the system, the actual exchange value reflected was ₹2750, which is higher than what was originally shown. This clearly indicates a serious discrepancy and malpractice by the delivery partner. Because of this, I have suffered: 1 Financial loss due to the incorrect collection of money. 2 Inconvenience and harassment at the time of delivery. 3 Distrust in the delivery process. I request you to kindly: 1 Investigate this issue immediately and take strict action against the delivery partner. 2 Refund the excess amount that I was wrongly charged. 3 Ensure such incidents do not occur again with other customers.
