Very bad service. If parcel reached hub nearest before delivery date Mohiuddinnagar, samastipur branch do not deliver before delivery date and saying we only deliver on promised delivery date.

Worst courier service in the world I can say no proper delivery time and they sent back my parcel without any attempts and lied that customer is not available to receive the order.
