Only the name of the courier is professional but they are highly unprofessional. My consignment not received by the receiver it has been more than 20 days and no response by the courier service. My first and the last Experience.Will not suggest any of my family and friends about this courier service. Very Disappointed...

I received a call saying that they will deliver the parcel today. I was at that location but the parcel did not arrive. When we called, they did not pick up. If they were not going to deliver the parcel today, why waste our time by calling? If you call customer care, it is not worth it.
