Delivery person not to inform me.He put the things infront of our house gate.Later I found them.one main item was not there.Immediatly I called the ekart number.but no response.Then I tried to contact you through phone several times.All were failed.How to claim complaint

worst service provider. no response. I am waiting for my parcel from last 7 days. every day it shows Out for delivery but at the end of the day the failed to deliver and marked undelivered.
