No parcel received but showing delivered on portal. Also, no one is responding over phone calls. Even after a constant follow up, my number blocked by the concerned person at Masuri Dasna Branch. Person contact number is 800304757 who blocked me when i tried to contact for my parcel. Very poor service i have never ever seen in my life before.

I had ordered lucky green plant but I recieved a dry stem and my parcel was also opened e kart is frowd company 2 times I had received wrong delivery from them
