They must be vigilant, understand value of money paid to them, and value time. They must ensure that a packet is delivered in time to the target, instead of it just lying on whims and wishes of lax karmcharies.

It was urgent consignment, urgent charges were paid, but not delivered even till date. Horrible experience. These people can really misplay with a person's requirements. It was at Lucknow Cantt Road, but was not delivered whole day and even next day to the Governor's Secretariat, Lucknow. Horrible Service. Irresponsible karmcharies on duty......
